Heat-treat 5 deciliters wheat flour: Spread the flour in an oven-safe dish or on a baking sheet. Toast it in the oven for 5 minutes at 175°C. Allow to cool.

Mix the base dough: Pour the cooled flour into a large bowl. Add [Ingrediens saknas], 250 grams room temperature butter, 3 tablespoons milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Work everything together until a smooth dough forms.

Chill the dough: Cover the bowl and let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Divide and season: Take out the dough and divide it into three equal parts.

Mix in the respective flavoring into each portion.

Chocolate chip: Stir in 1 deciliters dark chocolate chips.

Chocolate & white chocolate: Stir in 1 tablespoons cocoa and 1 deciliters white chocolate chips.

Chocolate lentils: Fold in 1 deciliters chopped colorful chocolate lentils.

Shape into balls or serve as is in small bowls or glasses. Store in the refrigerator until serving.
