Salmon Pasta with Spinach
One of our favorite everyday dishes is this easy-to-make salmon pasta with spinach.
Ingredients

14 ⅛OzPasta (gärna tagliatelle)

17 ⅔OzSalmon

2StyckGarlic cloves (skalade och hackade)

4 ⅗OzFresh spinach

29 ⅗MilliliterLobster Stock (koncentrerad, kan justeras)

1 ¼KoppCream

⅞KoppPasta water (från pastakoket)

4.93MilliliterSalt (efter smak)

1StyckBlack pepper (efter smak)

1StyckLemon (riven zest och saft)

70StyckGrated parmesan (till servering)
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Cut the salmon into smaller pieces.
Peel and chop the garlic.
Heat up a pan with olive oil.
Sauté the salmon until it starts to color, then add garlic and spinach.
When the spinach has 'shrunk', add lobster stock, cream, and pasta water from the cooking.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta and mix it into the sauce.
Grate down any desired amount of zest from the lemon, then cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice over the pasta.
Stir and serve the pasta with grated Parmesan.
