Cook the 400 grams Fiori pasta according to the instructions but for a minute less than stated (the pasta will simmer in the sauce at the end).

Sauté onion and garlic in a larger pot or skillet.

Slice the sausages lengthwise and remove the meat (discard the casing), then sauté with the onion and garlic for a few minutes until the meat develops a nice sear.

Add the tomatoes and let them sauté for about 5 minutes or until they become soft.

Add the spinach and sauté for a minute.

Add the cooked pasta and stir.

Pour in cream and chicken broth (diluted with boiling water).

Stir often and add the grated Parmesan.

Squeeze in lemon juice and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir while simmering until the pasta is al dente.
