Quick Calzone Tortilla

When you're craving pizza but time is tight – try this quick version of calzone. Made with tortilla wraps, filled with cheese and ham, and ready in a flash. A true weeknight hero in the oven.

Ingredients

  • 1 ⅖OzTortilla Bread (1 per serving)
  • KoppTomato paste
  • 0.021KoppOlive oil
  • ½NypaSugar
  • ½NypaSalt
  • 14 ⅘MilliliterWheat flour
  • KoppGrated cheese (1 - 2 dl)
  • 1 ¾OzSmoked ham
  • 1StyckDried oregano (efter smak)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Mix together 2 tablespoons Tomato paste, 1 teaspoons Olive oil, a pinch of ½ pinch Sugar, and a little ½ pinch Salt in a small bowl.

Lay out [Ingrediens saknas].

Spread the tomato sauce over the entire bread, but leave the edges free.

On one half, add grated 1 ½ deciliters Grated cheese and 50 grams Smoked ham. Sprinkle with 1 pinch Dried oregano.

Mix [Ingrediens 0 saknas] with a small amount of water to form a thick batter.

Brush the edge of the tortilla with the mixture.

Fold over the other half and press the edge together with a fork to seal.

Brush the top with a little 1 teaspoons Olive oil.

Bake in the middle of the oven for 10–15 minutes, or until the calzone is nicely colored and crispy.
