Preheat the oven to 200°C. Sauté [Ingrediens saknas] and 1 pieces yellow onion in 2 tablespoons olive oil in a saucepan. Pour in 7 deciliters water and 400 grams crushed tomatoes. Crumble in the [Ingrediens saknas] and let the soup simmer covered for about 20 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoons honey, ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar, ½ teaspoons salt, and ½ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper. Blend the soup until smooth with an immersion blender. Just before serving: Squeeze in 1 pieces garlic clove and stir in 2 deciliters crème fraîche.

Cut a grid pattern into the bread as deeply as you can without it falling apart. Stir in [Ingrediens saknas], 2 pieces garlic cloves, possibly 1 pieces red chili, and [Ingrediens saknas]. Spread [Ingrediens saknas] over the cut surface of the bread, preferably also into the slits.
Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and heat it in the center of the oven for about 15 minutes. Open the foil and sprinkle 2 deciliters grated cheese into the slits, then broil until the cheese has melted and turned a nice color.
